Earth Day Celebration - City of Durham, NC

Celebrate Earth Day with Durham Parks and Recreation! Enjoy concerts and conservation talks from the comfort of your vehicle or bring your own chairs and sit directly in front of your vehicle in the marked space provided. Food trucks will be available so be sure to bring your appetite or feel free to pack your own picnic. You must remain in your car or in the space provided in front of your car unless you are visiting a food truck or the restroom. When outside of your vehicle, masks are required. This is a free event, but preregistration is required.

This is a free event, but preregistration is required. Reserve your parking spot beginning Friday, March 26 at 9 a.m. Three different timeslots will be offered. Each timeslot will accommodate up to 80 vehicles. Cars are limited to 4 people, so please plan accordingly!
Paper shredding will also be available by appointment.
Register online beginning Friday, March 26. Registration will be available through Thursday, April 22, or until all spaces are filled.
