Fit & Able's mission is to promote a health, fitness, and wellness in Cary and surrounding communities. We pursue our mission through a variety of activities, including athletic events and training teams. With everything we do we encourage athletes of all ages, skill levels, and abilities to participate and do their best! Fit & Able's events, teams, and programs are open to the general public – children, adults, seniors, families, and sometimes even pets.
Team Fit & Able is a multi-season training program open to athletes of all ages, abilities, and skill levels.
