Join us for "History of Spur Cross," the next talk in the Foothills Speaker Series, presented by the Holland Center and Desert Foothills Land Trust. Retired Maricopa County Parks Supervisor Kevin Smith will take us through the area's storied past, through the ranching and dude ranch eras, to the conservation campaign that preserved Spur Cross as a county park. Smith spent decades getting to know this land firsthand. Come hear the story of Spur Cross from someone who knows it inside and out.
