It's a fantastic way to stay fit, make new friends, and experience the thrill of one-on-one combat in a safe and supportive environment. Come visit our gym and learn the basics of one of the oldest Olympic sports from our professional coaches.
Ages 8+ are welcome to attend.
We provide all safety equipment. Wear comfortable athletic clothing (sweatpants, athletic shoes, and a t-shirt).
