MLK Day Rally & March - University of Utah

With Dr. King’s footsteps forging the pathway toward equity, we march to commemorate his legacy and the work of many activists during the Civil Rights movement. Join us for a rally and march (from East High to Kingsbury Hall) celebrating the legacy of MLK! Signs for the march and shuttle rides back to East High School will be provided. All requests for event access support and other questions or concerns may be directed to edi-events@utah.edu.

- 2:30 – 3 p.m.: Rally at East High School Auditorium
- 3 – 4 p.m.: March from East High School to Kingsbury Hall
- 4 p.m.: Cookies and warm drinks at Kingsbury Hall
Immediately following the MLK Rally and March, experience the vibrant and electrifying world of Step Afrika!, the first professional dance company in the world dedicated to the tradition of stepping.
