Stream Exploration

Guided stream exploration for the family (ages 7+)

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Where does the water in our stream come from and where does it go?  How can we tell if our stream is healthy?  How have humans impacted the stream?  Which kinds of animals live in the stream?  Join a park naturalist as we visit a stream to answer these questions and more.  Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes that can get wet and muddy!

Pre-registration is required.
